The system incorporates an extruded section in the upper track to enable the addition of a fixed plass panel, with a specially designed floor mounted track which can receive the bottom guide and end stop.

The sliding glass doors are suspended with pressure clamps, so the glass requires no pre-drilling for the hanging system.

Available for sliding glass doors from 55 to 175 kg per door.

I'm sick of cloudy mirrors. Can you help me find an anti-mist mirror for my bathroom?

"Hot and steamy bathrooms mean cloudy mirrors, smears and a stressful morning rush hour. The reason for the problem is that once the warm, moist air generated by a bath or shower hits the cool mirror, condensation is formed. However, attaching a heated pad to warm the glass to about 35ºC will stop the steam condensing and keep the reflection clear.

Installing heated mirrors is usually recommended if you are having a new bathroom or new tiles. The walls can be channelled out for wiring before retiling. If you don't want to wire them into the lights, they can be operated separately with a pull cord".

Prefit now offers a simple and low priced way to buy frameless interior door furniture in a boxed set, comprising of a lever lock or lever latch plus a pair of hinges and butts. All drilling and notching details are printed on the box for easy glass manufacture.

Supplied in bright chrome, matt chrome, gold and white. The products are designed for 8mm and 10mm glass doors in timber and aluminium frames, with 15mm x 15mm stop beads and 35mm rebate. The hinges are designed to support a door weighing up to 40 kilos (maximum width 850mm).

CLOCKING ON

New to the POWER GLASS range of standard products is a clock with LED lights positioned at hourly intervals.

The LED's are laminated between two pieces of 4mm glass and are illuminated by a wirless power supply via one of the glass surfaces.

The cable is attached to the bottom edge with an in line transformer supplied.

The stainless steel base is supplied with the clock.
